Stand Up and Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight....and Then Go Vote!

It is most likely a rare occurrence that anyone visiting this blog is an undecided voter. Most people who visit sites such as this are solidly in their camps. This final blog before election night is not to influence any one's vote, but to help remind you why you should do whatever you can tomorrow to get out the vote. Call at least five friends and make sure they got their behinds to the polls. After you vote, take your I voted sticker over to Starbucks and get your free cup of coffee.

Card Check: If we allow unions to go into business and bully employees with an open vote, we will open all small businesses to union intimidation. Small businesses will be forced to lay people off in order to have money to fight off the unions. We all know how well industries taken over by union have fared in history. (airlines, steel, and auto). The unions will be more powerful and even more influential in the Democratic party.

Taxes: If you think the tax threshold will remain at $250,000, you are naive. We have already heard Democratic surrogates lowering the expectations down to $120k. Do you think that was an accident? No way, they are softening the blow purposely. I had a friend of mine this evening, a small business owner, tell me that if Obama is elected he will be laying off two or three of his employees after January 1 to adjust for the tax increase he will feel. Do you work for a small company? Is your job safe under Obama's administration?

Fairness Doctrine: Say goodbye to Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingraham and all of your other favorite talk radio hosts. Just look at what Obama did to those newspapers who didn't endorse him. Shutting down opposing views is anti-American no matter which candidate you support.

Energy Independence: Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid will cave to their environmental extremists. We will never have energy independence under this threesome. They oppose drilling and will immediately place the ban back on off-shore drilling and will oppose drilling for gas or oil shale in the Rockies. The Democrats are against coal, nuclear power, and drilling. If you don't think your energy costs are going to go back up, think again.

Retirement/401k accounts: At the very least, the Democrats want to tax your contributions. If you employer matching funds are taxed as well, you most likely will not receive them again. The worst case scenario is that they will actually seize your retirement accounts and tie it to your social security. What happens if social security goes bankrupt?

These are not the only issue that are of concern under an Obama administration and both houses controlled by the same party. These are the final arguments for voting for McCain/Palin, but don't just vote. Paraphrasing the words of one John McCain:

Stand up and fight, never give up, never give in, stand up and fight, fight for what you believe in, fight, fight, fight.

Oh.......and go vote too.

Democrats Start Letting Their True Agenda Out of The Bag!

As the election approaches it's final days, it is easy to see that the Democrats believe they will not only win the Presidency, but also strong majorities in the House and Senate.  Do you want a tell-tale sign?  They are no longer trying to hide their true ideology, but are slowly putting it out in front of the world to see.

Although many felt that Barack Obama's slip with "Spread the Wealth" was accidental, I am beginning to think it was more cockiness.  He hasn't been the only one in recent days to come out of the liberal closet so to speak.  Just listen to the words of Democrats making their gleeful rounds on the media circuit.  

Barney Frank last week on CNBC said:

I think at this point, there needs to be an immediate increase in spending, and I think this is a time when deficit fear has to take a second, uh, a second seat.  I do think this is the time for a very important kind of dose of (unintelligible).  Yes, I think later on, there should be tax increases.  Speaking, personally, I think there are a lot of rich people out there who can tax at a point down the road to recover some of this money.

This week New Mexico Democrat Jeff Bingaman told a local radio stations the following:

"I would want this station and all stations to have to present a balance perspective and different points of view."

While the fairness doctrine sounds "fair" it's sole purpose is to rid talk radio of such personalities as Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and Laura Ingraham.  You don't see the Democrats referring to The New York Times, MSNBC, or CNN when they refer to the "Fairness" Doctrine. 

While I am sure Liberals will be jumping out of their seats at the chance to silence these conservatives, it should scare the crap out of independents and moderates.  You might as well be living in China listening to state run radio.  It won't be much different.

There are a few even scarier scenarios that are trickling out today.  Even if Obama doesn't take money from your paycheck, he is about to empty your wallet if elected........more on this tonight.

Shhhhh....Don't Let Barack Obama Hear This!

What is the easiest and sometimes most shady way to win an election? Shut down or shut out your opposition. Barack Obama has been creeping up to the line of unconstitutional in the last few months, but he just jumped full throttle over that line.

Barack Obama supports the "Fairness Doctrine". Nancy Pelosi has already stated that if they win majority seats in the House and Senate this year that she will bring back the "Fairness Doctrine". It is almost a certainty with a President Obama. This doctrine would basically put an end to the only media giving the Republicans a voice in this country. It would be the end of talk radio as we know it.

Each time that an author appears on talk radio discussing an anti-Obama book, the Obama campaign sends an email to it's supporters. In the email, the Obama campaign asks supporters to descend upon the radio show with phone calls against the station, it's host, and the guest. They try to intimidate these shows to no longer give an outlet to any opposition.

The Obama campaign has dispatched lawyers to counter any advertising that shows Obama in a negative light. They have threatened local stations not to air certain ads against Obama. The "Tony Rezko" ad was one of their favorite targets. At one point, he even demanded that the Department of Justice investigate the group behind the "Rezko' ad.

Barack Obama supports "open" voting for new unions. This will allow the unions to intimidate those potential union members into voting in the union. Why would you take the chance on openly voting against the union only to have them become your "boss". Secret ballots are essential to fair voting for employees deciding whether to unionize or not.

Last week, the Obama supporters threatened Jewish Groups holding a pro-Israel rally. They were told that if they didn't uninvite Sarah Palin to the event that their tax-exempt status would be challenged should Obama win. Sarah Palin's invitation was rescinded and she was not permitted to make her speech.

And now, he may have very well have crossed the line. If you have any doubt which of your constitutional rights he will go after first.......watch the video below for proof that it will be your right to free speech. (unless of course you are a supporter of his)

He has actually asked that local and state resources be used to target any opposition ads that may come out against him in the state of Missouri. You have to wonder....Why Missouri? What other states is he asking to do the same thing? Is this even legal?

Don't ask the ACLU to help. According to The Lancaster Gazette, the ACLU doesn't have any one available. (At least not until after the election)
